All comments must follow the AOL Terms of Service posted at AOL Keyword: TOS. If you say or do anything that violates our TOS, we will take the appropriate action. Accounts that have repeated violations are subject to termination. So as you post comments, please keep these things in mind:
Keep It Clean
Explicit, obscene, vulgar, or sexually suggestive language is not allowed. This includes quotes and song lyrics. Masking a vulgar word with special characters does not make it appropriate. Trading explicit or x-rated images is not allowed.
Be Safe!
Don't give out personal info such as your full name, phone number, town, school, or picture and don't ask others for that information. If someone's bothering you in Instant Messaging, block them. Go to Settings, click on Preferences, and then on Privacy. Notify AOL
Be Nice
Harassment or threats based on sexual orientation, gender, race, religious views, or simply because of difference of opinion are not allowed. Feel free to express your opinions, but address the issue at hand, not the person who made it.
Be Responsible
Do not promote eating disorders by sharing tips, techniques or advice on medicines such as diet pills or diuretics.
Be Yourself
Don't pretend to be someone you aren't! Impersonating a celebrity or an AOL employee is against the rules.
Stay on Topic
Conversation should reflect the topic. Comments made that are not related to the topic name may be subject to removal.
Don't Spam
Don't post the same message more than once, whether in the same or folder or different folders. Duplicate messages may be removed. Solicitation of any kind is not allowed. Posts offering to purchase, sell or trade items or services will be removed.
Link Only to Your RED Blog
You cannot include URLs in message boards or chat, except to your RED Blog. Make sure that your blog also follows the rules.
Be Aware
Anything you post on the message boards might by chosen by RED editors & put on editorial areas with your screen name! If it's compelling, your quote could be posted online.
