I have always heard the expression "You never know what you have until it's gone," but only recently did its meaning hit home. I finally realized how awesome my sister really is.

Two years ago, she moved away for college. I thought it would be great without her to fight with. There wouldn't be anymore fighting over the phone, wearing each other's clothes, or arguing about how she has more freedom. Plus, I would have more attention from our parents. I thought without her everything would be like icing on the cake. Never did I think I would feel incomplete without her.

For every celebrated athlete there's a hated one, especially when the competition is high. People spend plenty of time heralding the greats, but when it comes down to it, they like to break out the haterade, too. To coincide with their MTV Video Music Award nominations for Best Dance Video and Best Pop Video, Danity Kane will release the first issue of their Danity Kane Comics series. The comic book, described by group member Dawn Richard as "Sin City meets Sex and the City" will tell the story of Danity Kane and how they are destined to save the universe.

Surprisingly, Dawn reveals that the name of the Bad Boy girl group was inspired by her comic drawings, not the other way around. "We were in the studio and I actually draw comics, and Diddy had been throwing some names at us," she explains. "He looked at the superhero that I drew and he asked me what the name of the character is...I said 'Danity Kane.' A comic book was always in the future plan; this could not have been at a better time as our group is celebrating many successes this year."

It turns out Sam doesn't have to leave the record industry just yet. Instead, his mom is going to take on extra shifts at the hospital so they can pay the rent.

This means Sam can still try and get his record label off the ground. It also means that he can still try to have blond bombshell, Katie, fall for him. That is, of course, if Johny doesn't scare her away with the truth about Joel, Sam's junkie brother. There's also the fact that Katie is kinda dating Sam's mean boss, Greg. That could also be a problem for Sam's chances with her.
