Newcomer Dustin Milligan has already signed on and 'Nip/Tuck's' AnnaLynne McCord is part of the ensemble as well.

Who's else is being tapped for the show? People reports that pop star Hilary Duff may be the next person to move into the California zip code. A source says the former tween TV actress has been given a script for the role of Annie, the principal's daughter at Beverly Hills High.
