Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz and longtime girlfriend Ashlee Simpson are not engaged, despite the rumors circulating from New Year's Eve. The inseparable couple were assumed to be engaged after Simpson was spotted sporting a ring on her left ring finger while out together at Miami's Shore Club.

Wentz spoke with PEOPLE saying, "The truth is, it's crazy to be able to kiss your best friend. It's just a really awesome thing."

According to People, 'Heroes' stars Hayden Panettiere, 18, and Milo Ventimiglia, 30, are dating.

A friend of the Panettiere family says, "Hayden's mom adores Milo. She thinks he's so cute. She tells her friends that he's (Hayden's) boyfriend. She's very proud."
