Update: Nick Hogan has been sentenced to 8 months in jail.According to TMZ, Nick Hogan, son of Hulk Hogan and star of 'Hogan Knows Best,' will not fight the felony reckless driving charges he faces after crashing his car on August 26 of last year. The accident left friend and passenger John Graziano critically injured. Nick, 17, faces a maximum of five years in jail.
