Over 600 people were in attendance of the special red carpet premiere of the highly anticipated vampire film 'Twilight' in Los Angeles on Monday. Screaming teenage fans fought for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's attention, the two stars of the book-turned-movie.

"I'm on basic motor functions right now," Robert said.

'Twilight' book author Stephenie Meyer remarked, "It's shocking something I came up with could inspire all this."
