Zac Efron is taking on another dancing teen role in the upcoming remake of the 80s classic 'Footloose.' According to Variety, Kenny Ortega, director of all three 'High School Musical' movies, will work with the 21-year-old actor on the film, which begins shooting in the spring.

'Footloose' is about a city kid who convinces his peers in a conservative town to rebel against their world with rock music and dancing. It became a hit movie in 1984. No other cast members have been named for the remake.

According to Perez Hilton, 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' star Emma Watson is touring Ivy League universities in the U.S., including Harvard and Yale, so the British actress could be moving Stateside soon!
