Miley Cyrus Makes Barbara Walters' 'Most Fascinating' List

In its sixteenth year, Barbara Walters is counting down her ten most fascinating people, and not surprisingly, Miley Cyrus is on that short list. The talk show host says the 'Hannah Montana' star has become "a new Miley Cyrus," and is "growing up."

Olympic gold-medalist Michael Phelps, Sarah Palin, Will Smith, Tom Cruise and Tina Fey will also be featured on the program, which counts down to the coveted No. 1 spot. 'Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2008' airs tonight at 10 p.m. on ABC.

Lil Wayne and Colplay Lead 2009 Grammy Nominations

Lil Wayne has been nominated for eight Grammys, the Recording Academy announced yesterday, which is the most for any artist in contention for the 51st Annual Grammy Awards. His nods include album of the year and best rap album for 'Tha Carter III,' best rap song for 'Lollipop' and best rap/sung collaboration for 'Got Money' featuring T-Pain.

Hot on Lil Wayne's trail is Coldplay who earned seven nominations, while heavy-hitters Jay-Z, Ne-Yo and Kanye West were each graced with six noms.

Kristen Stewart Gears Up For 'Twilight' Sequel and Rock Biopic

Kristen Stewart's star is on the rise with the success of her role as Bella in 'Twilight,' which has already made over $120 million since its release day. The 18-year-old will again play the mortal beloved of Edwards Cullen in the sequel 'New Moon,' which is expected to begin filming in early next year with a scheduled release day of January 1, 2010.

In addition to the cult vampire films, Kristen has been tapped to play Joan Jett in 'The Runaways,' a rock 'n' roll biopic of the 70s all-girl band of the same name, says the Hollywood Reporter. The Runaways were an influential band that made history with hits like 'Cherry Bomb.'

'Twilight' is now playing in theaters nationwide.

The Jonas Brothers and Beyonce to Light Up Rockefeller Tree Tonight



Beyonce and the Jonas Brothers are set to light up the most famous tree this evening during the 11th annual 'Christmas in Rockefeller Center' event, which will air tonight, December 3 at 8pm ET/PT on NBC. This marks the 76th tree lighting ceremony.

The show will be hosted by 'Today's' Al Roker and David Cook, Faith Hill, The Broadway Kids, Solange Knowles and more will also be on hand to perform their chart-topping hits as well as classic holiday favorites.
